IE3 class saves 6–10% of electricity compared to IE2. At 22 kW and 6000 hours of operation per year, the savings are about 8,500 ₽/year per motor. The price difference pays off in 8–14 months. Since 2021 in the EAEU, motors 0.75–375 kW must be at least IE3 — we install IE3 by default, without markup.
Yes. We make special executions: tropical (climate OM2), chemical-resistant, wound rotor, multi-speed, with built-in brake, for non-standard voltage (440 V, 690 V). Production time — 14 days for typical special executions and up to 30 days for complex ones. Price — plus 12–25% to serial, fixed in the quote.
Warranty — 36 months from the date of shipment. Covers manufacturing defects: insulation breakdown, bearing destruction, winding break. Upon request, the engineer visits or asks to send the motor — replacement with a stock analogue within 7 days. In 2024 — 4 warranty cases out of 4,200 motors sold.
Send a spec or a photo of the old motor's nameplate. The engineer selects an analogue by power, RPM, voltage, phase, IP, mounting type (IM), shaft diameter. If there are doubts — we send a motor for testing for 7 days. If it doesn't fit — we refund without questions.
